Tabula is one memory that works across every AI you use. Connect each AI once, then save what matters from any of them and recall it from any other. The whole loop is three plain moves.

Sign up to get your personal MCP server URL and token, then add Tabula to each AI you use.
After connecting, you can pause or resume any AI from your dashboard. If your token is ever exposed, regenerate it on the Connect page and paste the new one into your AIs.
Saving
Connected AIs often save the durable facts you share on their own as you chat. To be sure something is saved, just say “Save that to Tabula.” There is no special syntax.
“Save this to Tabula”
Good things to save: durable facts, preferences, decisions, and project context. You can see exactly what was saved in your dashboard, and when you add or edit a memory yourself you can mark it low, medium, or high importance, shown as a badge.
Capture on mobile
Open Tabula on your phone and tap the center button to capture a thought without opening a chat. Two ways in:
Voice
Tap, talk, stop. Your words are transcribed, lightly cleaned up, and saved as a memory you can edit before it sticks.
Photo
Snap a page. Tabula reads the text right on your phone, and you tap the lines worth keeping.
Add a capture to AI memory and every connected AI can reach it.
Add it to your home screen
Tabula isn't in the app stores yet, so install it as a web app. It opens full screen and lives one tap away, just like a native app.
iPhone (Safari)
Open tabula360.com in Safari, tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen.”
Android (Chrome)
Open tabula360.com in Chrome, tap the menu, then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen.”
Native App Store and Play Store apps are on the way.
Recalling
Switch to any other AI and ask. Tabula searches everything you have saved, by meaning and by keyword, so the wording does not have to be exact.
“What does Tabula remember about my brand voice?”
If an AI answers without checking first, name Tabula directly, for example “Ask Tabula what I said about that,” and it will search before replying.
Updating & correcting
Facts change. When something you saved is no longer true, just tell the AI the new version. Tabula records the update and keeps the old one out of recall, so you get the current answer, not a stale one.

To fix or remove something yourself, edit or delete it in the dashboard.

An AI is not using my memory
Name Tabula directly, for example “Check Tabula for my brand voice”, and start a fresh chat so it loads your memory at the top. Make sure that AI is connected and not paused.
A tool still shows not connected
A tool turns active only after its first real save or recall, not right after setup. Save or recall once and it flips to connected.
Perplexity will not connect
Perplexity needs a Pro, Max, or Enterprise plan to add a custom connector.
I need to rotate my token
Regenerate it on the Connect page, then paste the new token into each AI. The old one stops working right away.
Privacy
Your memories are yours. You can view, edit, delete, and export every one of them from your dashboard at any time, and deleting a memory also clears its earlier versions. To erase everything, delete your account from Settings, which removes your memories and all connections.

Does Tabula remember automatically?
Often, yes. Connected AIs save what you share on their own as you chat, and it keeps improving. The sure way is to name Tabula: say "Save that to Tabula" to save, or "Ask Tabula" to recall. You stay in control: see, edit, export, or delete anything from your dashboard.
Which AIs can I connect?
ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral, Grok, Manus, and Perplexity, plus any MCP-compatible client. Perplexity needs a Pro, Max, or Enterprise plan. Manus works on the free plan.
Is my memory private?
Your memories are yours. You can view, edit, delete, and export every one of them from your dashboard, anytime.
How do I disconnect an AI?
Pause it from your dashboard to stop it syncing. To cut every connection off at once, regenerate your token on the Connect page.
