Acceptance
By using Tabula, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Tabula is a memory layer that connects to AI platforms through MCP. It stores memories you create and memories your AI stores on your behalf. The service is currently free during early access.
Your account
You are responsible for your account security. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tabula.
Your data
You retain ownership of all content you store in Tabula. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the service. We will never sell your data or use your memories to train AI models, and we will never send your memory content to a third-party AI provider to process. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tabula to store illegal content, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with or disrupt the service, or abuse it through automated or excessive requests.
Availability
Tabula is provided as-is during early access. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Liability
Tabula is provided without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service. Export your data regularly.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
